Developed
Conceptual Cost Estimates. Estimator
for potential power generation facilities across the United States for
various energy providers. Federally regulated emissions controls deadlines
forced energy providers to evaluate options for retiring coal plants and
building facilities that met the regulation. Estimates identified scope,
defined technologies; such as combined cycles and simple cycles utilizing
in-house expertise and data bases from similar projects, incorporating local
labor rates, adjusting commodities and altering for site specific conditions
for direct costs and developing indirect costs such as escalation, construction
management and infrastructure. The conceptual estimates intent was to
evaluate different sites and the EPC costs related to various technologies
for the owners to put into their business models for evaluation.
Oklahoma
Gas Electric, Combustible Mitigation Program Schedule. Lead Project Scheduler, developed two year program
master schedule with complex WBS structure integrating three site locations
with various shutdown periods to perform dust mitigation and coal conveyor
rework. Established baseline evaluated critical path and performed and
analyzed monthly progress for reporting.
Kraton Polymers,
Belpre Strategic Energy Project. Project Controls, developed and monitored project baseline
schedule and monthly and 6 week look ahead reporting. Developed and
implemented project control processes including progress and performance
measurement and monitored computed SPI/CPI indices against deliverable
progress and forecasted project results on a monthly basis.
